To confirm your stay, you must provide a deposit when making your reservation. If you are paying by credit card, your additional deposits and your final payment will be automatically charged on your due dates unless We must be notified in writing at least ten business days prior to due dates. If you are paying by check, your check(s) must be received on or before your due dates or your reservation will be canceled without notice. Failure to make timely payments will result in the cancellation of your reservation without notice and all amounts paid to date will be held in accordance with our cancellation policy.

No refunds are available for Groupons or discounted programs.
In the unfortunate event you must cancel your reservation before the 60 days prior to your arrival date, there will be a 25% transaction fee deducted from your deposit amount. If you need to cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, the total dollar amount of your stay is nonrefundable. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier or arrive later than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for the original reserved room nights of your intended stay. Please note that due to our intimate size we do have a very firm policy in regards to cancellation, and we do encourage trip insurance for your reservations with the resort.
